1. Use of the Website
All content, information, and materials provided on this website are for educational and general informational purposes only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or resell any materials or content found on this site without our explicit prior written permission.
2. Course Access
When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your course access without refund.
To enhance the learning process and maintain the integrity of the training, access to the FPV Combat School course content is provided in stages. Approximately 2 to 3 lessons will be released per week. This gradual delivery supports better knowledge retention, encourages consistent progress, and limits exposure to sensitive tactical content. We reserve the right to adjust this release schedule at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for courses are processed securely via Stripe. Consistent with our Refund Policy, and due to the digital nature of the product and immediate, full access to course materials upon purchase, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable once access is granted. 4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, images, graphics, audio, and any other materials (collectively, “Course Materials”), are the exclusive property of FPV Combat School or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Course Materials without our explicit prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
FPV Combat School, its instructors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or legal issues arising from your access, use, or inability to use the website, course materials, or any knowledge gained from our training. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with drone operation and the application of any information from this course.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FPV Combat School, its officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account’s) violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the website or Course Materials.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the website and course materials after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
